We can print any animal no matter the species or the breed. So far we're created unique masterpieces for dogs, cats, birds, horses, micro-pigs and even hedgehogs! Our artists are incredibly talented and can work with any animal on earth.

Our prime artwork is based on pets however, if you wish you can be in the picture with your pet. Moreover, we can also make human-only artwork!

We do not paint from scratch.

We are a digital design studio and we use a range of proprietary photo editing techniques, professional photo re-touching as well as a number of complex brush strokes and blending processes to turn your original photo in to a pet portrait.

If you followed our photo guidelines, then yes your photo is very likely good enough to use.

• Make sure the photo is taken in good lighting (outdoor daylight is best)
• Try to take the photo at eye level with your pet
• They don't need to be looking at the camera
• Try to get a close up so we can see your pet's unique features
• Make sure the photo is not blurry
• Make sure no features (e.g. ears!) are out of frame - we can't add them if they aren't in the original photo
• Ensure that the fur colour in the photo is not affected by bad lighting. If the fur in the photo is not accurate to real life, the fur in the design won't be either

We conduct a photo check for every new order we receive and will email you if we need a different one. But it's best to take matters in to your own hands and ensure you upload the best photo you have.

If we do need a new photo from you, this may lengthen the process by a few days.

Please note that if you refuse to provide a replacement after we have informed you that the original photo may not result in quality canvas art, then we cannot refund you. It's your responsibility to ensure that you are happy with the photo you provide.

Note that is is the customer's responsibility to provide a high quality photo and although we do review orders, it is not our responsibility to chase you for a better photo. Low quality photos will not result in a high spec design that we show on site. All examples on our website were produce using high quality photos.

No this shouldn't matter. Don't worry if there's a lot of stuff in the background. Obviously it's better if it's a plain/clear background. But don't obsess over it too much! It really doesn't make much difference.

We get the artwork reviewed by yourself first before we finalise it. This your chance to make any small amendments to the artwork. Therefore, it is important that you keep an eye on your emails because we don't receive a response from yourself, the artwork will automatically get approved.

Returns

Digital Print

We try to share the digital artwork within 72 hours after the order is placed.

The digital orders are usually completed and fulfilled within 5-6 days of placing the order.

 

Physical Canvas and Custom Phone case

If you have ordered the physical canvas, You will still receive the digital artwork over email for a preview and a chance to make amendments.

 

Once you’ve approved the artwork, It is processed further into production for a physical canvas or phone case respectively.

The production usually takes about 5-7 business days.

Once the product is ready, it will be shipped out to you and delivered asap.

The approx delivery time is 15-20 business days after you’ve approved the artwork for countries: USA, UK, Canada

The delivery time maybe up to 10 days longer for the countries except the ones mentioned above.

You'll receive an email containing your tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped.

The orders will be shipped out from either one of our various production houses in UK, USA, Europe and Asia depending on the stock levels in our inventory.

Usually yes, you will receive all items in one parcel. Sometimes one piece of art is completed a day or two before the other in the order. In these cases we ship out the completed artwork in one parcel and then send the other once it's ready.

Yes you will get a tracking number. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer support and total transparency about your order status. We'll email you your tracking number as soon as it's available.

We'll also send you ongoing email updates about where your parcel is. And we'll update you on the day it's due to be delivered!

If you haven't received your tracking number after 14 days, please email us.

Usually once you've got your tracking number, your order will arrive within just a few days.

Yes, we ship unique pet art to proud pet owners all over the world! No matter where you are, we can create you something incredibly special.

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express and more. We also accept PayPal payments.

Refunds & Replacements

As your order is 100% unique and custom made for you and your pet, we cannot offer refunds. If you have a problem with your final product, please email us and we'll do our best to make sure you're happy.

If you received the wrong product, incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question. Please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order in this case. In order for us to process a replacement, it is mandatory for the customer to provide us with the following:
A) A clear video and clear images of the damaged product you've received.
B) A clear image of the packaging box or packet the item came in at the time of delivery as proof.
C) A Clear image of the invoice label found on the shipment package.

Please note: If you fail to provide us with the above-mentioned proofs within 24 hours of receiving the shipment delivery, we would not be able to provide you with any replacement/refund for the products.

We are dedicated to ensuring you're happy with the final product. If you don't like it for any reason, please reach out to our support team at cs@onelinecanvas.com and we'll do our best to help you.

However, we do approve artwork before the order is finalised. 

If you're unhappy with the artwork specifically, we'll check to see if you submitted a photo that follows our photo tips. If you didn't follow our guides I'm afraid it's likely we can't help you. If you did follow the guide and it's clear we missed something, we'll correct it and send you a replacement.

Make sure you provide a clear, high quality photo of your pet taken in good lighting and at eye-level with your pet. We use the exact photo you submit during our design process. If the photo isn't high quality, your design might not be either.

We accept all cancellation requests before your artwork has been processed to be created and you receive an email notification for the same stating that “your artwork creation has started”, Once we’re at this stage, we cannot offer refunds As your order is 100% unique and custom made for you and your pet.

Orders that have been sent to print cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.

Customer Support

During busy periods such as the festive period, sales and promotions, we receive a lot more emails than usual. As such we request that you allow 2-3 days for us to get back to your initial email inquiry.

Note that we operate on a first-in first-out policy as well as a priority response system.

This means that you should only send 1 email enquiry. Sending a follow up a day or so later will actually send your email to the back of the queue, which neither of us want to happen!

Currently we do not offer phone support but we hope to change this soon.
